ABOUT
A Clover in My Palm is BUNIILA's third-year university short film project. The span of production is a semester-long—around four months—and involves BUNIILA as the director, working with a crew of 8 practitioners ranging from rough animators to compositors.

The story follows one of BUNIILA's original characters Clover, who she's had for a decade, and a puppy that is owned by another one of her original characters named Lucky (not shown in the film).

The concepts of the film were established in late 2024 and pitched to her peers on two separate occasions before building her team and launching production.

SYNOPSIS
Clover is always on a mission! Today, she roams around the streets of her neighbourhood and notices a sign hanging on a pole, which could only mean one thing!
She heads closer to the pole and finds a missing poster! Her new mission has been assigned: find the lost puppy and save the sad neighbourhood! Burning with passion and determination, Clover sets out to different locations across her neighbourhood, thinking like a puppy might would: checking in the community garden, under rocks, and on treetops for any hint of the cute dog! But alas, after walking for so long, she becomes exhausted! Clover sits on a bench and pulls out a snack to recharge, but she slowly forgets why she was roaming about! As soon as that happens, a cute little puppy trots past her, regaining her sense of purpose and determination! Clover saves the day yet again!
